Only the products meeting our highest standards receive the The Diva Dog label. Each item is also barcode-verified for accuracy before it's placed in your order. We also barcode your shipping label to track that your order leaves on time. Even with all our extreme efforts, we understand that sometimes it's difficult for you to know exactly what you're ordering until you get it into your hands. Therefore, you have 30 days to return anything that does not totally delight you.
