"Your Account"

For your convenience, we offer you a Personal Account, a quick entry feature for faster checkout. Enter your billing and shipping information once, either when placing an order or by using the "Your Account" button on the upper right corner of each page. The next time you place an order on our site, you can use Your Account to automatically fill in the information for you.

Set Up Personal Account when Ordering

During the checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to save the information you entered when you placed your order. This information will be stored as your Personal Account. You, and only you, can access this information using a password you select. Type a password into the Password field. For information concerning Privacy and Security, "click here".

To Use "Your Account" with "Checkout"

You can use your Personal Account to enter all your billing and payment information during the checkout procedure. After your first online order the next time you come back to the order form you may use the "Express Checkout". You will go to another page to enter your last name and password and after you do so, you will come back to the order form with all your Personal Account information in all the fields. You can continue through the checkout process, verifying the information and changing it when needed.

To Use "Your Account" to Check on Placed Orders

You can use your "Order Status" to retrieve information about an order just placed with us, past order history details or track an order that has left our warehouse. To do so, "click on the Order Status" icon in the top right corner of any web page. Type in your last name and password and it will take you to a page called "Order History". Each line represents a separate order and you may click on any one to look at the "Order Details". From the "Order Detail" page, you may review a past order or track the shipment by clicking on the "track" button.
