The Diva Dog ships worldwide. We ship by UPS and USPS within the continental USA, Canada and Mexico, which normally takes 1-7 working days for delivery. On most items, you may request Overnight, 2^nd Day Air or 3 Day Select at an additional charge.

We ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii via Air, usually in 6-8 business days. Costs vary according to the size of your order.

International customers are responsible for all their duties, fees and taxes.  These addresses will require addtional shipping costs because of this, so please call in advance to make arrangements.

Large items, may be sent directly from the factory and must be prepaid, including shipping.

UPS and FedEx will not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses; therefore, please remember to include a street address on your order.

Shipping costs are figured by the total cost of your order. This amount can be reviewed when placing your order online.

When you see the following next to item:

OS/G = Oversize Ground Shipping - This item is oversized or extra heavy and requires additional cost.

OS/A = Oversize Air Shipping- This item is oversized or extra heavy and requires an additional cost if airfreight is requested.

F/O = Factory Order - Ships directly from the factory. Please allow extra delivery time. We cannot offer gift wrap or expedited delivery on these items.

First time orders shipped to another address with a suite number or apartment may experience a slight delay due to fraudulent best-practice verification procedures.
